Executive Director Rich Langton joined as our second full time chaplain in July of 2000 after six years as a pastor, and two as Superintendent of a Christian grade school. He is married and a father of four, and enjoys hockey, basketball, and sometimes running marathons.

Lora Seifert is a pastor's wife and mother of three. She has a Bachelor's of Social Work degree from Dordt College. She has been working with children, teenagers, and adults in individual and small group settings since 1995. Lora enjoys walking, reading, and going for coffee with friends in her spare time. She joined our staff in September 2009.

Ed Gilbert has been a local pastor for the past 9 years. He is married and has three grown children.
He has extensive training and experience in substance abuse counseling. He is a talented musician and has worked for the Manistee Intermediate School District in the area of music therapy. He has worked as a Conflict Resolution and Mediation specialist. He joined our part time staff in April, 2002.

Lori McDonald is a member of the Cadillac First Baptist Church, where she has worked with youth and lay counseling with Steven's Ministry. She is a mentor at Mackinaw Trail Middle School and is also finishing up Masters Biblical Counseling at Columiba Evangelical Seminary with an emphasis on teenagers, sexual abuse/drugs, etc. She is
youth Director at First baptist church in Cadillac and affiliated and completed Gatekeeper Training with Suicide Prevention Coalition.
She also is completing the Teen/Peer Training with Suicide Prevention Coalition.

enjoys vacations with her husband to southern Utah and Colorado. In free time she enjoys her dogs and walking (when its warm). She joined our part-time staff in February, 2005.

James Martin is married, has two children, is a graduate of the Indiana Wesleyan University with a Masters in Christian Ministries. He has served as a minister in three Wesleyan churches, and has worked for us part time in Cadillac, MI since 2005.

My name is Enrique Gomez. I was born in Campeche, Mexico. I serve as a Pastor at Vida Nueva CRC, and also as a Chaplain with Workplace Chaplains U.S. where I visit 3 different companies which I enjoy very much.
When I'm not working, I love to spend time reading, listening to classical music, and photography.
This past summer my family and me walked 3 miles a day together just for fun and to enjoy the weather and to be outdoors!

Hi, my name is Febe Gomez. I serve as a part-time associate chaplain at Smithfield Beef, along with my husband Enrique. The thing I like best in this job is meeting people and listening to them when they are looking for someone they can trust to help them.

Deb Winn is a mother of two and now a grandmother as well. She (and husband Bryan) has made many missions trips to South America, learned to speak Spanish fairly fluently, and has served as our Lead Chaplain in Plainwell, MI since 2006.

Marlae Lee joined Workplace Chaplains in April of 2008 as a part-time chaplain associate. She has a masters degree in social work and worked as a counselor in crisis situations for 7 1/2 years. She's very involved in the women's and childrens' ministries in her church. Marlae has been happily married for 14 years and enjoys spending time with their 3 children. When not busy, hobbies include walking, gardening, knitting, reading and boating.

Chaplain Peter deHaan helped found West Michigan Workplace Chaplaincy in the Holland area in the fall of 2000, an entity which merged with Workplace Chaplains U.S. in 2005. He was ordained in 1972, and served congregations in Hospers, Iowa; Oshawa, Ontario; Woodstock, Ontario; and Holland, Michigan. Peter is married and the father of three grown children and now is the lead chaplain in Holland, Michigan. He enjoys good food, reading, hiking, a good movie with family, and listening to a Prairie Home Companion whenever he is able.

Somsay married his wife Seune in 1980 and in 1984 they fled from their homeland (Laos) to Thailand. At that time the Inthisorn family met the Lord Jesus Christ and was (born again) in Christ. It was almost seven years that they suffered in the refugee camp in Thailand. During this time they had three sons.
In September 1990 the Inthisorn family arrived in Canada. Somsay has served as Pastor of the Lao Mennonite Brethren Church 1990-1992; the Laotian Christian Fellowship Church, recognized by the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada from 1992-2006. In 2006 they moved to Holland, MI and now serve the Lao Christian Reformed Church. He was ordained to ministry in 2001.
Somsay serves as a chaplain at Request Foods in Holland.

Paul Peterson is the father of five and spent most of his life running a construction business before becoming a pastor and serving several Methodist a Independent Bible churches. He began serving as our Lead Chaplain in Green Bay, WI in 2009.

Kharen Reyes grew up in El Salvador and received some college training in Business Administration before becoming a wife, mother and moving to Green Bay, WI.
