About Us
Workplace Chaplains began in 1999 with a simple mission: to care for people where they spend most of their time - at work.

In 2000, Rich Langton was encouraged by members of his church to learn more about the growing organization. After praying, meeting with the team, and learning about its mission, he joined Workplace Chaplains as its second employee.
​
More than 25 years later, Rich continues to serve as Executive Director, leading the organization as it provides consistent, compassionate care to employees and their families.
